I had my home on the market for six months with another agent with no offers coming in. After it expired a friend referred me to Kevin, who specializes in the area. I met Kevin at a property I had called on off the sign. With his knowledge of the area and after pulling comps, Kevin gave me a number to offer. The seller did not want to negotiate and Kevin, not feeling the property was worth the asking price, suggested I walk away and wait for something else.
