My house sold in the first week

I had my home on the market for six months with another agent with no offers coming in. After it expired a friend referred me to Kevin, who specializes in the area. Kevin told me my property should have no problem selling at the original list price, but he gave me a few minor changes to make to the house show better, as it was a smaller home. After pulling up the carpet and refinishing the hardwood floors, lightening the paint colors and packing up my extra belongings and moving them to the garage, I had spent only a few thousand dollars and the house looked totally different. With these changes and Kevin's marketing plan working for me, my house sold in the first week over asking!

Honest opinion

I met Kevin at a property I had called on off the sign. With his knowledge of the area and after pulling comps, Kevin gave me a number to offer. The seller did not want to negotiate and Kevin, not feeling the property was worth the asking price, suggested I walk away and wait for something else. You are unlike so many other realtors who are just out for the sale. I appreciate how you saw my purchase as not only a home, but as an investment, and I can’t imagine what I would have purchased without your honest opinion.
